He began his sales journey leading direct marketing and face-to-face fundraising campaigns for organizations such as Special Olympics and Doctors Without Borders in Washington, D.C. and Chicago.
In 2024, Steven returned to Indiana to join the Pacers, combining his passion for sports with his expertise in sales strategy. He is deeply committed to leadership development and empowering teams to use live events as a platform for growth, connection, and performance.
