Monica Helton is a strategic communicator with a background in medical publishing, drug lifecycle strategy, and portfolio planning. She currently serves as Senior Director in Global Scientific Communications at Eli Lilly and Company.
Monica holds a BA in psychology and graduate certificate in nonprofit management from Northern Kentucky University. She is working toward her MBA at Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and actively pursues learning in areas such as organizational change, business strategy, and gen AI.
Her connection to Easterseals Crossroads began through United Way’s Leadership United Board Fellowship, where her passion for inclusion—especially disability advocacy—found meaningful alignment. Monica continues to champion equity through corporate ERGs and community partnerships.
