Shiel Sexton
Mark Winters started at Shiel Sexton in 2011, bringing significant experience in a variety of construction projects. He is skilled in leading a project team in meeting budget and schedule objectives and minimizing disruption to ongoing operations of active facilities.
As a project executive, Mark actively leads the project team from preconstruction through project closeout. He also has a proven track record of working with design partners and subcontractors to find creative solutions to complex problems.
Mark is a graduate from Michigan State University with a BS in construction management.
