Kristin Hohn is the Head of Disability Inclusion and Accessibility at Eli Lilly and Company (Lilly), where she leads enterprise efforts to advance a disability-confident culture, drive Lilly’s global accessibility strategy, and positively shape employee experience for team members of all abilities. With deep expertise in accessibility, inclusive design, and cross-functional leadership, Kristin partners across functions to embed accessibility into strategy, operations, and culture—expanding access and opportunity for people with disabilities and caregivers.
Kristin earned a Bachelor’s degree from Arcadia University and a Master of Science in Business Communications from Temple University.
She lives in suburban Philadelphia with her wife and their four children, and her family is passionate about community engagement and volunteerism.
