Certified Nursing Assistant
The Adult Day Service programs serve adults with developmental disabilities. The primary function of this position to assist consumers to meet their individual goals through skills training, educational opportunities, and activity implementation. CNAs are responsible to lead group and individual activities/educational opportunities/community trips while maintaining the health and safety of consumers. This position reports to our Thompson Road location.
Administrative Assistant – Employment Program
The Administrative Assistant provides general clerical support within the Employment Division. Responsible for tracking, retrieving and inputting all referral source authorizations and referrals for employment division. Serve as the single point of contact and general liaison to funding source for authorizations and related funding issues. Provides other clerical support to the employment programs. Excellent computer skills along with a professional demeanor and good customer service abilities required. High school diploma or equivalent required. Some college level coursework or post-secondary training preferred.
Crossroads Industrial Services, a division of Easterseals Crossroads, is seeking Electro-Mechanical Assemblers. We currently have full-time positions available Monday – Friday. Essential responsibilities include assembly, wire harness processes and soldering operations while ensuring that safety, quality and production standards are maintained per standard operating procedures.
Financial Accounting Manager
The Financial Manager position will coordinate the activity of the accounting staff in order to maintain operating systems for the agency relating to all aspects of financial administration. Recommend changes in operating procedures to the CFO.
The Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre ETS) Career Coach provides transition services to youth aged 14- 22 with varied support needs. Direct services are provided in schools, students homes, community settings as well as virtually when applicable. Career Coaches work with students on transitioning from high school as outlined by WIOA regulations: 1) job exploration and counseling, 2) work-based learning, 3) workplace readiness, 4) instruction in self-advocacy, and 5) post-secondary education counseling. Each student will be assessed for a baseline and an individual plan will be created and carried out by the Career Coach. Career Coaches will report to and collaborate with the Easterseals Program Manager. The Career Coach will maintain a billable hour minimum set forth by the program manager.

Easterseals Crossroads is hiring Employment Consultants to provide employment services to individuals with disabilities. Job Responsibilities will include: assisting with career exploration and skill assessment; job readiness; job seeking skills; job development and job placement; job training; and support to facilitate job retention. The desired applicant will have experience working with individuals with disabilities. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred. The position requires the ability to work a flexible schedule outside of the typical work week. Reliable transportation, a valid Indiana Driver’s License and proof of auto insurance required.
The behavior technician will provide direct behavioral support services for individuals with autism and their families. The behavior technician, under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Licensed Psychologist will directly implement behavior intervention and skill-acquisition plans with consumers and their families. Services are primarily clinic based, but the clinical therapist must have the ability to travel within the community to various locations and settings. This is a full-time position with excellent benefits.
