Electro-Mechanical Assemblers (Crossroads Industrial Services)
This essential role of this position is to perform various electro-mechanical assembly and wire harness processes. The position is full time, Mondays through Fridays.
Human Resources Manager
This position manages the Human Resources function as it relates to the Crossroads Industrial Services (CIS) production employees and assist in facilitating the Human Resources function for the CIS staff. Maintain the mission and image of Easterseals Crossroads.
Director Human Resources
This position is responsible for conducting the Human Resource program for Easterseals Crossroads, provide administrative supervision of Health and Safety for the agency, and supervise overall building operations.

This position works with children, teens, and adults in a variety of home and community settings. Hours vary dependent on clients’ needs and case load. Licensed Clinical Therapist
The clinical therapist will provide direct clinical/behavioral support services for individuals with autism and their families. The clinical therapist will conduct initial assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide individual, family, and group therapy, as well as case management services. Services are primarily clinic based, but the clinical therapist must have the ability to travel within the community to various locations and settings including consumer homes. Knowledge of telehealth is also required. This is a full-time position with excellent benefits.
Respite Care Provider
This position is responsible for maintaining a safe, healthy, and nurturing environment for children of all abilities, ages 6 months to 12 years old, during our Parent’s Night Out events. Most events are held on Friday evenings. Responsibilities include facilitating activities, managing behaviors, preparing snacks and maintaining cleanliness. Also requires the ability to build rapport with children, families, co-workers and volunteers. High school diploma or equivalent required. Must be able to read/understand and implement activities and programs.
Certified Nursing Assistant
The Adult Day Service programs serve adults with developmental disabilities. The primary function of this position to assist consumers to meet their individual goals through skills training, educational opportunities, and activity implementation. CNAs are responsible to lead group and individual activities/educational opportunities/community trips while maintaining the health and safety of consumers. This position reports to our Thompson Road location.

The behavior technician will provide direct behavioral support services for individuals with autism and their families. The behavior technician, under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Licensed Psychologist will directly implement behavior intervention and skill-acquisition plans with consumers and their families. Services are primarily clinic based, but the clinical therapist must have the ability to travel within the community to various locations and settings.
