First Steps Provider – Physical Therapist
Easterseals Crossroads is searching for an enthusiastic full or part time Physical Therapist to join our team as an independent contractor in delivering early intervention services. Easterseals Crossroads has a long history of meeting the needs of children and their families. We offer paid training, flexible schedules and competitive compensation.
This position works with children, teens, and adults in a variety of home and community settings. Hours vary dependent on clients’ needs and case load. Hours may consist of week days, evenings, and/or weekends. No holidays. Serving consumers in Marion and surrounding counties. Potential to grow case loads.
Community Mentors provide one-on-one services and supports to assist individuals with disabilities meet personal goals. The community mentor assists and supports individuals in being an active member of their community and to gain skills to enhance the individual’s quality of life.
