Easterseals Crossroads is currently seeking enthusiastic and well-organized pediatric Speech-Language Pathologists with a valid IN license to join our multi-disciplinary team and provide therapy services in school and outpatient clinic settings. Experience and skills in the areas of feeding and augmentative communication are also particularly needed and valued.
Easterseals Crossroads is searching for enthusiastic Occupational Therapists to join our team in providing occupational therapy services including evaluation and ongoing treatment to a variety of pediatric consumers in clinical or school settings. Therapy services may be provided in individual sessions or in groups and OT staff is required to work cooperatively with both OT colleagues and colleagues in other therapeutic disciplines.

This position is responsible for verifying the insurance of consumers and obtaining authorizations when required; billing responsibilities for numerous programs within the organization; and posting payments.
This position works with children, teens, and adults in a variety of home and community settings. Hours vary dependent on clients’ needs and case load. Hours may consist of week days, evenings, and/or weekends. No holidays. Serving consumers in Marion and surrounding counties. Potential to grow case loads.
