First Steps Provider – Physical Therapist
Easterseals Crossroads is searching for an enthusiastic full or part time Physical Therapist to join our team as an independent contractor in delivering early intervention services. This position will work as part of the maintenance team providing janitorial, maintenance, landscaping and other support related duties to the building and staff. This is a full-time position with excellent benefits. This position will report to our south Indianapolis office building at 3215 East Thompson Road, Indianapolis, IN. Working hours will be Mondays through Thursdays from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Fridays from 10 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Operations Manager, Crossroads Manufacturing Services
This position is responsible to provide leadership and management to ensure: Customer Service, Safety, Quality, and Delivery for the Technafit product line of brake and clutch lines. This person will manage the daily activities in the factory in order to: receive customer orders, schedule production, order material, employ people, and manage the operations to produce a quality product. Knowledge in the automotive aftermarket, specifically related to fluid transfer ( hose and fittings ) is preferred.
Easterseals Crossroads is currently seeking enthusiastic and well-organized Speech-Language Pathologists with a valid Indiana license to join our multi-disciplinary team and provide pediatric evaluation and ongoing treatment therapy services in school and outpatient clinic settings. Therapy staff are required to work cooperatively with SLP colleagues and colleagues in other therapy disciplines. Experience, knowledge, and skills in the areas of feeding and augmentative communication are also particularly needed and valued. At this time we are not considering Clinical Fellows for this position.
The behavior technician will provide direct behavioral support services for individuals with autism and their families. The behavior technician, under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Licensed Psychologist will directly implement behavior intervention and skill-acquisition plans with consumers and their families. Services are primarily clinic based, but the clinical therapist must have the ability to travel within the community to various locations and settings. Skills Trainer – Project SEARCH
We are currently seeking an individual who can provide training, mentoring and support to interns in Project SEARCH. Ideal candidates will be able to work with interns at host business site to assist with the tasks that need to be completed within a specific rotation; assist with mobility training for new interns so they can be independent in transportation to/from the business; and work with team at host business site to develop good working relationships with hospital staff resulting in positive outcomes for interns.
This position works with children, teens, and adults in a variety of home and community settings. Hours vary dependent on clients’ needs and case load. Hours may consist of week days, evenings, and/or weekends. No holidays. Serving consumers in Marion and surrounding counties. Potential to grow case loads.
