Skills Trainer – Project SEARCH
Provide training, mentoring and support to interns in Project SEARCH and to assist with the tasks that need to be completed within a specific rotation. Other supports include mobility training for new interns so they can be independent in transportation to/from the business. Develop rotations within the business with the assistance of the business liaison and to collaborate with partners to assure positive outcomes.
Career Coach – Pre-employment Transition
This position is responsible for providing direct services to students with disabilities ages 18-22 from Perry Township Schools enrolled in Pre-ETS at Community Hospital South. Career coach meets with students individually and in groups, providing services in the 5 areas outlined by WIOA regulations: 1) job exploration and counseling, 2) work-based learning, 3) workplace readiness, 4) instruction in self-advocacy, and 5) post-secondary education counseling.
The behavior technician will provide direct behavioral support services for individuals with autism and their families. The behavior technician, under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Licensed Psychologist will directly implement behavior intervention and skill-acquisition plans with consumers and their families. Services are primarily clinic based, but the clinical therapist must have the ability to travel within the community to various locations and settings.
Easterseals Crossroads is seeking an Employment Consultant to provide employment services to individuals with disabilities. The desired applicant will have three to five years of experience working with individuals with disabilities, preferably in employment services. A Bachelors degree in a related field along with a working knowledge of Results Based Funding, Title XX and Medicaid Wavier Funding preferred. The position requires the ability to work a flexible schedule outside of the typical work week. Reliable transportation, a valid Indiana driver’s license and proof of auto insurance are required. Speech-Language Pathologist (Part-time & Temp positions)
Easterseals Crossroads is currently seeking enthusiastic and well organized, part-time, and PRN (for fall maternity leaves) pediatric speech-language pathologists with Indiana licensing to provide school-based services through contracts serving students in grades K-8. Crossroads Industrial Services is seeking Electro-Mechanical Assemblers. Qualified candidates will have some soldering experience, 20/20 vision with or without glasses and self motivation to work independently and not be easily distracted.
The licensed psychologist will complete diagnostic evaluations, provide individual and family psychotherapy, consult with other professionals and agencies, and provide clinical supervision.
Minimum Requirements include: Doctorate degree from an accredited program, licensed to practice in the state of Indiana as a Health Service Provider in Psychology (HSPP). The preferred candidate will have experience with autism spectrum disorder, behavior intervention, and working as part of an interdisciplinary team.
