CampAbility Assistant

This position is responsible for maintaining an engaging, safe, and healthy environment for children ages 4 through 10 years of age at CampAbility – a traditional day camp for children with disabilities.  Responsibilities include engaging campers and facilitating camp activities, managing behaviors, attending field trips and participating in activities, preparing lunch and maintaining cleanliness and upkeep of camp environment.

Speech-Language Pathologist

Easterseals Crossroads is seeking a speech-language pathologist to join our Children’s Therapy Services team and our busy and growing Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) services that are recognized statewide.  The position involves providing speech-language pathology evaluation and treatment as well as Augmentative and Alternative Communication evaluations, device recommendations, and ongoing therapy and device training to children ages birth to 18 years of age in our two Indianapolis outpatient clinics. This is a full-time salaried position with excellent benefits, while a part-time position may be considered for an exceptional applicant.  Ideal candidates will be well-qualified and have experience in providing quality pediatric speech-language therapy services, particularly with AAC evaluation and ongoing therapy and device training.  Collaboration and mentorship with our experienced Lead Clinical SLP/AAC specialist as well as the rest of our multidisciplinary staff will be a key aspect of this position.

Easterseals Crossroads is seeking an employment consultant to provide employment services to individuals with disabilities. The desired applicant will have three to five years of experience working with individuals with disabilities, preferably in employment services. A Bachelors degree in a related field along with a working knowledge of Results Based Funding, Title XX and Medicaid Wavier Funding preferred. The position requires the ability to work a flexible schedule outside of the typical work week. Reliable transportation, a valid Indiana driver’s license and proof of auto insurance are required.
