Certified Nursing Assistant
The assistant position is responsible for maintaining an engaging, safe, and healthy environment for children ages 4 through 10 years of age at CampAbility – a traditional day camp for children with disabilities.
Financial Accounting Manager
This position will coordinate the activity of the accounting staff in order to maintain operating systems for the agency relating to all aspects of financial administration. Recommend changes in operating procedures to the CFO.
Camp ROCKS is an outdoor camp specifically designed for young people with autism who are 10 to 18 years of age. Campers enjoy a 5-night/6-day outdoor camp experience. Age-appropriate activities allow campers the opportunity to enjoy an outdoor camping experience in a fun, nurturing environment. Activities include science exploration, swimming, nature hikes, horseback riding, canoeing and much more!
Our small camp size, with a camper population typically around 80 campers, makes for a manageable, enjoyable work load. As a nurse at Camp ROCKS, daily duties include: dispensing camper and staff medications, providing first-aid, keeping accurate records of camper visits to the medical center, and maintaining an organized, clean medical center. Meals and lodging are provided on the grounds of Bradford Woods, a scenic camp just outside of Indianapolis, Indiana.
Positions are available for the entire week (June 7 – 12) or for a selection of days during the week of camp. Additional positions are also available to assist with the check-in process on Sunday, June 7.
Current Indiana nursing license required. RN and LPN positions available.
Manufacturing Engineer – Industrial Services
This position is a growth position and will coordinate planning, organization, and implementation of current/revised/new products to meet engineering, manufacturing, and customer requirements. This position reports to our Industrial Services location at 33rd & Franklin road. This is a Full-time position; however, part-time applicants will be considered.

The behavior technician will provide direct behavioral support services for individuals with autism and their families. The behavior technician, under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Licensed Psychologist will directly implement behavior intervention and skill-acquisition plans with consumers and their families. Services are primarily clinic based, but the clinical therapist must have the ability to travel within the community to various locations and settings.

Skills Trainer – Project SEARCH
We are currently seeking an individual who can provide training, mentoring and support to interns in Project SEARCH. Ideal candidates will be able to work with interns at host business site to assist with the tasks that need to be completed within a specific rotation; assist with mobility training for new interns so they can be independent in transportation to/from the business; and work with team at host business site to develop good working relationships with hospital staff resulting in positive outcomes for interns.
This position works with children, teens, and adults in a variety of home and community settings. Hours vary dependent on clients’ needs and case load. Hours may consist of week days, evenings, and/or weekends. No holidays. Serving consumers in Marion and surrounding counties. Potential to grow case loads.
Community Mentors provide one-on-one services and supports to assist individuals with disabilities meet personal goals. The community mentor assists and supports individuals in being an active member of their community and to gain skills to enhance the individual’s quality of life.
