Behavioral Technician

The behavioral technician will provide direct behavioral support services for individuals with autism and their families. The behavioral technician, under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Licensed Psychologist will directly implement behavior intervention and skill-acquisition plans with consumers and their families. Services are primarily clinic based, but the clinical therapist must have the ability to travel within the community to various locations and settings.

Custodian/housekeeper

EMPLOYMENT CONSULTANT

Easter Seals Crossroads is seeking an Employment Consultant to provide employment services to individuals with disabilities. The desired applicant will have three to five years of experience working with individuals with disabilities, preferably in employment services. A Bachelors degree in a related field along with a working knowledge of Results Based Funding, Title XX and Medicaid Wavier Funding preferred. The position requires the ability to work a flexible schedule outside of the typical work week. Reliable transportation, a valid Indiana driver's license and proof of auto insurance are required. This is a full-time position with excellent benefits.

RESPITE CARE PROVIDER

This position is responsible for maintaining a safe, healthy environment for children with disabilities ages 6 months to 12 years old during our Parent’s Night Out evenings. Responsibilities include facilitating activities, managing behaviors, preparing snacks and maintaining cleanliness. High school diploma or equivalent required. Must be able to read/understand and implement activities and programs. Also requires the ability to build rapport with children, families, co-workers and volunteers. Previous experience in early childhood programs preferred, but not required. CPR/First Aid certifications preferred; TB test and limited criminal history check required. This position will be approximately 5 hours per week; nights and locations may vary.

Quality Auditor (Part-Time)

The primary responsibilities of the Quality Auditor position are to:

  • conduct quality audits in the factory and office to ensure compliance to existing processes and procedures
  • help create and revise procedures, work instructions and process control forms
  • support the maintenance and updates of the Crossroads Quality Manual


This is a part-time position, ideally working two, seven-hour days per week at Crossroads Industrial Services.

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

A full-time CNA is needed at our main location providing quality care to adults enrolled in our Adult Day Services program. Successful candidates must have current and valid CNA certification in the state of Indiana, first aid and CPR training. Prefer individuals with experience working with older adults and individuals with special needs.

Community Team lead

Community Services at Easter Seals Crossroads has several open, part-time positions for Community Leads. A Community Lead is a a person who mentors children, teens and adults in the community to help them reach their goals. Services are rendered in homes and community settings such as museums, health clubs/gyms, parks and more. This is a perfect position for college students and for those with some free time.

Manager, Care Coordination Services

The Manager of Care Coordination Services provides leadership to the Health Home Care Management Program for children, youth, and adults diagnosed with an autism spectrum disorder. The Manager serves as the liaison to the payer's Case Management services and over sees the provision of services to all participants. This is a full-time position with excellent benefits.

Assistive Technology Technician - full Time (South Bend Indiana)

Provide training, installation, and configuration of adaptive computer equipment in Northern Indiana (Preferably in the South Bend, Merriville, and/or Valparaiso area). Knowledge of computer technology and adaptations for persons with disabilities is strongly preferred. The ability to work and travel independently is a must. Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential. Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience required. RESNA ATP credential preferred.

Licensed Therapist

The licensed therapist will provide direct clinical/behavioral support services for individuals with autism and their families. The position requires a Master's degree from an accredited program. Must be licensed to practice in the state of Indiana as a clinical social worker (LCSW) marriage and family therapist (LMFT), mental health counselor (LMHC) or psychologist (HSPP). The preferred candidate will have experience with autism, behavior intervention, children and families; candidate will work as a part of an interdisciplinary team.

Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist

This position works with children, teens and adults in a variety of home and community settings. Hours consist primarily of week days; no holidays. Serving consumers in Marion and surrounding counties. Must possess and maintain a current certification / credentials through NCTRC, have a valid driver's license and have the ability to transport self and consumers. Current CPR and CPI certifications preferred. Experience working with individuals with disabilities and working knowledge of Medicaid Waivers is preferred.
