Physical Therapist

This position provides physical therapy evaluation and treatment for pediatric consumers ages 3 - 18 in a clinic-based setting. Indiana Physical Therapy License required. Both full- and part-time (20 - 25 hours per week) positions are available. Flexible days of the week scheduling - afternoon and early evenings required.

Crossroads Industrial Services has two openings for Utility Assemblers. These are both full-time positions, Mondays through Fridays from 7 a.m. - 3 p.m. Essential functions of the job are

  • Must have excellent hand dexterity and hand / eye coordination and vision
  • Able to complete any production job assignment within the department with excellent quality
  • Able to work independently with on-the-job training in a fast-paced production environment
  • Must be able to read and follow instructions correctly, stay on task and be dependable

Coordinator, Connect to Work

This position is responsible for developing internships for consumers participating in employment services to assist them in developing new and enhancing existing skills while gaining work experience. The position is grant funded for a two-year period (2016 - 2017). The expectation is that 50 individuals will participate in the program. Bachelor's degree strongly preferred. Experience in program planning, implementation and management; collaborative projects; and supported employment. Required experience plus direct service delivery may substitute for degree.

College Internship Development Specialist

This staff member will be responsible for developing internships for college students to assist them in developing work experience relevant to their major field of study. This position is grant funded for a two-year period (2016 - 2017). The expectation is for 22 college students to participate in internships over the two-year period. Bachelor's degree required. Experience in program planning, implementation and management; collaborative projects; and supported employment.

Manager, Care Coordination Services

The Manager of Care Coordination Services provides leadership to the Health Home Care Management Program for children, youth, and adults diagnosed with an autism spectrum disorder. The Manager serves as the liaison to the payer's Case Management services and over sees the provision of services to all participants. This is a full-time position with excellent benefits.

Assistive Technology Technician - full Time (South Bend Indiana)

Provide training, installation, and configuration of adaptive computer equipment in Northern Indiana (Preferably in the South Bend, Merriville, and/or Valparaiso area). Knowledge of computer technology and adaptations for persons with disabilities is strongly preferred. The ability to work and travel independently is a must. Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential. Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience required. RESNA ATP credential preferred.

Employment Consultant

Easter Seals Crossroads is seeking an Employment Consultant to provide employment services to individuals with disabilities. The desired applicant will have three to five years of experience working with individuals with disabilities, preferably in employment services. A Bachelors degree in a related field along with a working knowledge of Results Based Funding, Title XX and Medicaid Wavier Funding preferred. The position requires the ability to work a flexible schedule outside of the typical work week. Reliable transportation, a valid Indiana driver's license and proof of auto insurance are required. Speech-Language Pathologist

Easter Seals Crossroads is searching for compassionate speech-language pathologists to join our team in providing services to children. We have opportunities in Charter schools and clinical environments. This is an awesome opportunity to work a flexible schedule while practicing within a supportive interdisciplinary team. Full-time, part-time and temporary (covering maternity leaves) opportunities are available. Must have a master's degree and have an Indiana license. Licensed Psychologist

The licensed psychologist will complete diagnostic evaluations, provide individual and family psychotherapy, consult with other professionals and agencies and provide clinical supervision. Minimum requirements include:

  • Doctorate degree from an accredited program
  • License to practice in the state of Indiana as a Health Service Provider in Psychology (HSPP)

Licensed Therapist

The licensed therapist will provide direct clinical/behavioral support services for individuals with autism and their families. The position requires a Master's degree from an accredited program. Must be licensed to practice in the state of Indiana as a clinical social worker (LCSW) marriage and family therapist (LMFT), mental health counselor (LMHC) or psychologist (HSPP). The preferred candidate will have experience with autism, behavior intervention, children and families; candidate will work as a part of an interdisciplinary team.

Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist

This position works with children, teens and adults in a variety of home and community settings. Hours consist primarily of week days; no holidays. Serving consumers in Marion and surrounding counties. Must possess and maintain a current certification / credentials through NCTRC, have a valid driver's license and have the ability to transport self and consumers. Current CPR and CPI certifications preferred. Experience working with individuals with disabilities and working knowledge of Medicaid Waivers is preferred.

Respite Care Provider

This position is responsible for maintaining a safe, healthy environment during Parents' Night Out evenings for children with disabilities or special needs ages 6 months through 12 years. Responsibilities include facilitating activities, managing behaviors, preparing snacks and maintaining cleanliness. High school diploma or equivalent required. Must be able to read / understand and implement activities and programs. Also requires the ability to build rapport with children, families, coworkers and volunteers. Previous experience in early childhood programs preferred, but not required. CPR / First Aid certifications preferred. TB test and limited criminal history check required. This position will be approximately 5 hours per week; nights and locations may vary.
