Care Coordinator

This position provides care coordination services for consumers and their families in a Home Health Program. This position requires a Bachelor degree in Social Work (BSW) and a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) is preferred. This is a full-time position with excellent benefits.

Admissions Specialist

This position works for our pediatric home/community-based services program and as a scheduler for our Respite Services. This position is responsible for coordinating admissions for children birth-3 years needing physical / occupational / speech-language / developmental therapy services as well as facilitating admissions and scheduling for Respite Services. Position requires excellent attention to detail and outstanding customer service skills while fulfilling admissions duties within a specific time frame. Staff Accountant/Plant Controller (Crossroads Industrial Services)

Crossroads Industrial Services, an operating division of Easter Seals Crossroads, is looking for a full time staff accountant to join our team. Crossroads is an ISO 9001, Indianapolis based, manufacturing organization that utilizes an integrated work force to provide a wide variety of products and services. These include: contract manufacturing, packaging, assembly, order fulfillment, document scanning and recycling.

The successful candidate will have strong computer literacy and attention to detail. He/she will be responsible for the financial functions of the division, including:

  • Supervision of Accounts Payables and Receivables (QuickBooks) functions
  • Maintainance of Cost Accounting system Inventory Control (FishBowl)
  • Creation of annual line item Divisional Budget
  • Monthly financial management reports
  • Customer quote analysis
  • A/R aging analysis


Minimum requirements include 2-4 years of relevant accounting experience. Experience in a manufacturing or public accounting environment is preferred. Must be professional, motivated, with good written and oral communication skills, ability to multi-task, and work as a team player. Strong computer skills for MS Office are required and experience with MRP software is preferred.

Receptionist (Part Time)

Project Manager, Pre-Employment Transition Services

Easter Seals Crossroads is seeking a Project Manager to oversee a Pre-Employment Transition Services collaborative project serving high school students with disabilities. The desired applicant will have five or more years of experience working with individuals with disabilities preferably in transition planning and implementation including experience working within school systems. Project management experience is preferred. A Bachelors degree in a related field is required and a Masters degree preferred. The position requires the ability to work a flexible schedule with extensive travel locally. Reliable transportation, a valid Indiana driver's license and proof of auto insurance are required. Behavioral Technician

The behavioral technician will provide direct behavioral support services for individuals with autism and their families. The behavioral technician, under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Licensed Psychologist will directly implement behavior intervention and skill-acquisition plans with consumers and their families. Services are primarily clinic based, but the clinical therapist must have the ability to travel within the community to various locations and settings.

Document Scanner - Crossroads Document Services

Full-time opening in our Crossroads Document Services area at Crossroads Industrial Services. Skills or experience needed are: Be able to read, speak, and understand English; be proficient in Windows computer environment; Type at least 35 wpm, alphanumeric, with 0 errors; be able to create, name, and locate folders and files on hard drive / server / network; read and recognize content of printed and handwritten documents at a level sufficient to identify and sort; demonstrate understanding of alphabetical filing and retrieval; be detail oriented to consistently complete all required preparation steps; be willing to ask for guidance in unfamiliar situations; be willing to follow directions; be multi-task oriented; possess strong organizational skills.

Physical requirements are: Possess corrected vision sufficient to accurately read fonts as small as 6 points, discern levels of contrast and a full range of colors; possess peripheral vision sufficient to consistently visually check image quality of each page as it is shown on the computer screen while also watching pages being fed into and coming out of the scanner at a rate of 90-110 pages per minute; be able to sit and/or stand at a work station for extended periods of time; be able to use both hands, wrists, and arms sufficient to perform job requirements; be able to perform substantial repetitive motions with hands, wrists, and arms; be able to lift document stacks and/or boxes weighing up to 25 lbs. and carry them a minimum of 10 ft.; be able to perform frequent reaching, bending, lifting, carrying, and pushing. Educational Requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent.

Reports to Departmental Production Supervisor/Manager. Hours: 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday. Benefits: Medical and Dental Insurance, Paid-Time-Off (PTO), and Retirement Plan.

EMPLOYMENT CONSULTANT

Easter Seals Crossroads is seeking an Employment Consultant to provide employment services to individuals with disabilities. The desired applicant will have three to five years of experience working with individuals with disabilities, preferably in employment services. A Bachelors degree in a related field along with a working knowledge of Results Based Funding, Title XX and Medicaid Wavier Funding preferred. The position requires the ability to work a flexible schedule outside of the typical work week. Reliable transportation, a valid Indiana driver's license and proof of auto insurance are required. RESPITE CARE PROVIDER

This position is responsible for maintaining a safe, healthy environment for children with disabilities ages 6 months to 12 years old during our Parent’s Night Out evenings. Responsibilities include facilitating activities, managing behaviors, preparing snacks and maintaining cleanliness. High school diploma or equivalent required. Must be able to read/understand and implement activities and programs. Also requires the ability to build rapport with children, families, co-workers and volunteers. Previous experience in early childhood programs preferred, but not required. CPR/First Aid certifications preferred; TB test and limited criminal history check required. This position will be approximately 5 hours per week; nights and locations may vary.

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

A full-time CNA is needed at our main location providing quality care to adults enrolled in our Adult Day Services program. Successful candidates must have current and valid CNA certification in the state of Indiana, first aid and CPR training. Community Team lead

Community Services at Easter Seals Crossroads has several open, part-time positions for Community Leads. A Community Lead is a a person who mentors children, teens and adults in the community to help them reach their goals. Services are rendered in homes and community settings such as museums, health clubs/gyms, parks and more. This is a perfect position for college students and for those with some free time.

Assistive Technology Technician - full Time (South Bend Indiana)

Provide training, installation, and configuration of adaptive computer equipment in Northern Indiana (Preferably in the South Bend, Merriville, and/or Valparaiso area). Knowledge of computer technology and adaptations for persons with disabilities is strongly preferred. The ability to work and travel independently is a must. Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential. Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience required. RESNA ATP credential preferred.

Licensed Therapist

The licensed therapist will provide direct clinical/behavioral support services for individuals with autism and their families. The position requires a Master's degree from an accredited program. Must be licensed to practice in the state of Indiana as a clinical social worker (LCSW) marriage and family therapist (LMFT), mental health counselor (LMHC) or psychologist (HSPP). The preferred candidate will have experience with autism, behavior intervention, children and families; candidate will work as a part of an interdisciplinary team.

Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist

This position works with children, teens and adults in a variety of home and community settings. Hours consist primarily of week days; no holidays. Serving consumers in Marion and surrounding counties. Must possess and maintain a current certification / credentials through NCTRC, have a valid driver's license and have the ability to transport self and consumers. Current CPR and CPI certifications preferred. Experience working with individuals with disabilities and working knowledge of Medicaid Waivers is preferred.
