Medical Social Worker

This position provides social casework services to consumers in the following programs:  Adult Day Services, Autism Services,  and Outpatient Medical Rehabilitation Services. This position works with both children and adults with disabilities as well as their families/caregivers.

Receptionist

Accounts Payable Bookkeeper

This position is responsible for entering invoices and processing payments in Traverse, maintaining spreadsheets, processing credit card payments, and making bank deposits. This individual will also be responsible for placing office supply orders and sorting all mail delivered to the accounting department. Community Relations & Events Manager

The Community Relations & Events Manager provides program and alliance marketing support for Easter Seals Crossroads’ Clinical Services Division to achieve annual census and financial targets. This position will be responsible for driving the service lines’ marketing strategy and initiatives. Additionally, the Community Relations & Events Manager works collaboratively with all departments regarding agency-wide marketing efforts, special events, and development.  The constituent will have an active role in strategically planning and executing annual fundraising and awareness events.

Basic Assembler B

Crossroads Industrial Services has openings for full-time, entry-level Basic Assembler B positions. Candidates must be able to

  • work in a fast-paced, industrial production environment
  • work independently with on-the-job training
  • follow instructions correctly

Behavior Analyst

The behavior analyst will provide direct clinical/behavioral support services for individuals with autism and their families. The behavioral analyst will conduct initial assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide individual, family, and group therapy, as well as provide clinical supervision for registered behavior technicians. Services are primarily clinic based, but the behavioral analyst must have the ability to travel within the community to various locations and settings.

Psychologist

The licensed psychologist will complete diagnostic evaluations, provide individual and family psychotherapy, consult with other professionals and agencies, and provide clinical supervision.

Minimum Requirements include:  Doctorate degree from an accredited program, licensed to practice in the state of Indiana as a Health Service Provider in Psychology (HSPP). The preferred candidate will have experience with autism spectrum disorder, behavior intervention, and working as part of an interdisciplinary team.

Employment Consultant

Easterseals Crossroads is seeking an Employment Consultant to provide employment services to individuals with disabilities. The desired applicant will have three to five years of experience working with individuals with disabilities, preferably in employment services. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field along with a working knowledge of Results Based Funding, Title XX and Medicaid Wavier Funding preferred. The position requires the ability to work a flexible schedule outside of the typical work week. Reliable transportation, a valid Indiana driver’s license and proof of auto insurance are required. Community Mentor – Full and Part Time

Community Services at Easterseals Crossroads has several open, part-time positions for Community Mentors.  Community Mentors provide one-on-one services and supports to assist individuals with disabilities meet their personal goals. Community Mentors assist and support individuals in being active members of their communities in addition to gaining skills to enhance their quality of life.  This position offers flexible hours, which makes it perfect for college students and for those with some free time.

 Physical Therapist

This position provides physical therapy evaluation and treatment for pediatric consumers, birth to 22, in a clinic-based setting; as well as in schools. Easterseals Crossroads provides a dynamic interdisciplinary team approach to services. Indiana Physical Therapy license required. Part-time 20 to 25 hours per week with flexible days of the week scheduling – afternoons and early evenings required.

 RESPITE CARE PROVIDER

This position is responsible for maintaining a safe, healthy environment for children with disabilities ages 6 months to 12 years old during our Parent’s Night Out evenings. Responsibilities include facilitating activities, managing behaviors, preparing snacks and maintaining cleanliness. High school diploma or equivalent required. Must be able to read/understand and implement activities and programs. Also requires the ability to build rapport with children, families, co-workers and volunteers. Previous experience in early childhood programs preferred, but not required. CPR/First Aid certifications preferred; TB test and limited criminal history check required. This position will be approximately 5 hours per week; nights and locations may vary.
