This part-time position provides clerical support to the Easterseals Crossroads South Office (3215 E. Thompson Rd).
Working hours are 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., Mondays through Thursdays.
Easterseals Crossroads is searching for enthusiastic Occupational Therapists to join our team in providing occupational therapy services including evaluation and ongoing treatment to a variety of pediatric consumers in clinical or school settings. Therapy services may be provided in individual sessions or in groups and OT staff is required to work cooperatively with both OT colleagues and colleagues in other therapeutic disciplines. Community Mentors provide one-on-one services and supports to assist individuals with disabilities meet personal goals. VP, Marketing and Development
The VP of Marketing and Development is responsible for securing financial resources through grants and appeals which will support the organization’s programs and services. The VP is also responsible for helping to build and manage the organization’s brand and all aspects of marketing communications in order to raise awareness of the organization. The VP reports to the CEO, and works closely with the Board and management of the organization.
Resource Specialist (Autism Resource Center)
The Resource Specialist coordinates the activities of the Easter Seals Crossroads Autism Family Resource Center (AFRC), including support groups and community outreach programs. The resource specialist is responsible for providing education, training, and assistance in accessing resources for clients, families and other constituents; coordinating parent and grandparent support groups; and organizing community outreach programs that are planned by the Autism and Behavior Services department.
Provide cleaning services to maintain a clean, sanitary, safe and eye-pleasing building and grounds.
The school psychologist will provide educationally-based services to assist students in succeeding academically, behaviorally, socially, and emotionally. The school psychologist will complete evaluations, develop school-based recommendations, monitor progress, design interventions, and serve as a member of the multidisciplinary IEP team.
Easterseals Crossroads is seeking to fill an Employment Consultant position to provide employment services to individuals with disabilities. The desired applicant will have three to five years of experience working with individuals with disabilities, preferably in employment services. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field along with a working knowledge of Results Based Funding, Title XX and Medicaid Wavier Funding preferred. The position requires the ability to work a flexible schedule outside of the typical work week. Reliable transportation, a valid Indiana Driver’s License and proof of auto insurance required.
Speech-Language Pathologist – First Steps Provider

Crossroads Industrial Services is seeking Electro-Mechanical Assemblers. Qualified candidates will have some soldering experience, 20/20 vision with or without glasses and self motivation to work independently and not be easily distracted.
Crossroads Industrial Services has openings for Utility Assemblers. Qualified candidates should:

The behavior analyst will provide direct clinical/behavioral support services for individuals with autism and their families. The behavioral analyst will conduct initial assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide individual, family, and group therapy, as well as provide clinical supervision for registered behavior technicians. Services are primarily clinic based, but the behavioral analyst must have the ability to travel within the community to various locations and settings.
The licensed psychologist will complete diagnostic evaluations, provide individual and family psychotherapy, consult with other professionals and agencies, and provide clinical supervision.
Minimum Requirements include: Doctorate degree from an accredited program, licensed to practice in the state of Indiana as a Health Service Provider in Psychology (HSPP). The preferred candidate will have experience with autism spectrum disorder, behavior intervention, and working as part of an interdisciplinary team.
RESPITE CARE PROVIDER
This position is responsible for maintaining a safe, healthy environment for children with disabilities ages 6 months to 12 years old during our Parent’s Night Out evenings. Responsibilities include facilitating activities, managing behaviors, preparing snacks and maintaining cleanliness. High school diploma or equivalent required. Must be able to read/understand and implement activities and programs. Also requires the ability to build rapport with children, families, co-workers and volunteers. Previous experience in early childhood programs preferred, but not required. CPR/First Aid certifications preferred; TB test and limited criminal history check required. This position will be approximately 5 hours per week; nights and locations may vary.
