This position at Crossroads Industrial Services is responsible to provide leadership and management to ensure: Customer Service, Safety, Quality, and Delivery for the pressure switch product line. The person will manage the daily activities in the factory in order to: receive customer orders, schedule production, order material, employ people, and manage the operations to produce pressure switches. Position reports to Departmental Production Supervisor/Manager. Hours: 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m., Monday thru Friday. Benefits: Medical and Dental Insurance, Paid Time Off (PTO) and Retirement Plan.
The behavior analyst will provide direct clinical/behavioral support services for individuals with autism and their families. The behavioral analyst will conduct initial assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide individual, family, and group therapy, as well as provide clinical supervision for registered behavior technicians. Services are primarily clinic based, but the behavioral analyst must have the ability to travel within the community to various locations and settings.
Licensed Clinical Therapist
The clinical therapist will provide direct clinical/behavioral support services for individuals with autism and their families. The clinical therapist will conduct initial assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide individual, family, and group therapy, as well as case management services. Services are primarily clinic based, but the clinical therapist must have the ability to travel within the community to various locations and settings including consumer homes.
The licensed psychologist will complete diagnostic evaluations, provide individual and family psychotherapy, consult with other professionals and agencies, and provide clinical supervision.
Minimum Requirements include: Doctorate degree from an accredited program, licensed to practice in the state of Indiana as a Health Service Provider in Psychology (HSPP). The preferred candidate will have experience with autism spectrum disorder, behavior intervention, and working as part of an interdisciplinary team.
RESPITE CARE PROVIDER
This position is responsible for maintaining a safe, healthy environment for children with disabilities ages 6 months to 12 years old during our Parent’s Night Out evenings. Responsibilities include facilitating activities, managing behaviors, preparing snacks and maintaining cleanliness. High school diploma or equivalent required. Must be able to read/understand and implement activities and programs. Also requires the ability to build rapport with children, families, co-workers and volunteers. Previous experience in early childhood programs preferred, but not required. CPR/First Aid certifications preferred; TB test and limited criminal history check required. This position will be approximately 5 hours per week; nights and locations may vary.
