Behavioral Specialist

The behavioral specialist will provide direct clinical/behavioral support services for individuals with autism and their families. The behavioral specialist will conduct initial assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide individual, family, and group therapy, as well as provide clinical supervision for registered behavior technicians. Services are primarily clinic based, but the behavioral specialist must have the ability to travel within the community to various locations and settings.

Vice President, Clinical services / Community Outreach

This position provides leadership, management, and coordination of all operations within the Clinical Services Division; Early Intervention Services, Pediatric Outpatient Services, Community Day Supports, Driver Evaluation and Training, Autism Services, Camps and Respite Services. Manager, Therapeutic Programming, Adult Day Services

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

The Adult Day Service programs serve adults with developmental disabilities.  The primary function of this position to assist consumers to meet their individual goals through skills training, educational opportunities, and activity implementation.  CNAs are responsible to lead group and individual activities / educational  opportunities / community trips while maintaining the health and safety of consumers. Employment Consultant

Easterseals Crossroads is seeking to fill an Employment Consultant position to provide employment services to individuals with disabilities.  The desired applicant will have three to five years of experience working with individuals with disabilities, preferably in employment services.  A Bachelor’s degree in a related field along with a working knowledge of Results Based Funding, Title XX and Medicaid Wavier Funding preferred.  The position requires the ability to work a flexible schedule outside of the typical work week.  Reliable transportation, a valid Indiana Driver’s License and proof of auto insurance required.

 Community Mentor

Community Services at Easterseals Crossroads has several open, part-time positions for Community Mentors.  Community Mentors provide one-on-one services and supports to assist individuals with disabilities meet their personal goals. Community Mentors assist and support individuals in being active members of their communities in addition to gaining skills to enhance their quality of life.  This position offers flexible hours, which makes it perfect for college students and for those with some free time.

Social Work Case Manager

This position provides care coordination services for consumers and their families in a Health Home Program.  This position requires a Bachelor degree in Social Work (BSW) and a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) is preferred.  This is a full-time position with excellent benefits.

 Physical Therapist

This position provides physical therapy evaluation and treatment for pediatric consumers, birth to 22, in a clinic-based setting; as well as in schools. Easterseals Crossroads provides a dynamic interdisciplinary team approach to services. Indiana Physical Therapy license required. Part-time 20 to 25 hours per week with flexible days of the week scheduling – afternoons and early evenings required.

RESPITE CARE PROVIDER

This position is responsible for maintaining a safe, healthy environment for children with disabilities ages 6 months to 12 years old during our Parent’s Night Out evenings. Responsibilities include facilitating activities, managing behaviors, preparing snacks and maintaining cleanliness. High school diploma or equivalent required. Must be able to read/understand and implement activities and programs. Also requires the ability to build rapport with children, families, co-workers and volunteers. Previous experience in early childhood programs preferred, but not required. CPR/First Aid certifications preferred; TB test and limited criminal history check required. This position will be approximately 5 hours per week; nights and locations may vary.

CERTIFIED THERAPEUTIC RECREATION SPECIALIST

This position works with children, teens and adults in a variety of home and community settings. Hours consist primarily of week days; no holidays. Serving consumers in Marion and surrounding counties. Must possess and maintain a current certification / credentials through NCTRC, have a valid driver’s license and have the ability to transport self and consumers. Current CPR and CPI certifications preferred. Experience working with individuals with disabilities and working knowledge of Medicaid Waivers is preferred.
